Bill Walker is the Founder & CEO of Aesthetic Brokers - a nationwide mergers & acquisitions transaction advisory and consulting firm focused solely on representing premier medical spas, HRT/Longevity & Functional Wellness Medicine clinics, cosmetic dermatology practices, dental practices, and plastic surgery centers who are seeking private equity investments or who want to sell their practice.  

Bill has overseen the entire due diligence process on the buy side as a private equity-backed M&A executive and on the sell side as well on numerous company transactions whose combined net worths total hundreds of millions of dollars. The results of those relationships he has developed and deals he has shepherded to completion have positively impacted the lives of dozens of families and created generational opportunities for lasting legacies of the doctors he partners with.

Bill began his career as a Marine Corps pilot, ultimately serving under two administrations at the Presidential Helicopter Squadron and commanding a squadron in combat. Today, he remains an active leader within the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation - a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing educational assistance to the children of fallen United States Marines and federal law enforcement personnel. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial..

Bill holds a bachelors degree from The Ohio State University where he rowed for the men's crew team, and masters degrees from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
